fuboTV has delivered regular season NCAA football games through a wide variety of channels. They include everything from the big broadcast networks (ABC, CBS, FOX and NBC), to college sports networks like ACC Network and Big Ten Network, to sports streamers like beIN Sports and ESPN3.

However, all 3 games in the the College Football Playoff tournament will air live exclusively on ESPN. Fortunately, all of fuboTV’s English-language plans include ESPN. But even the Latino Quarterly plan will let you watch the game, as it will also be broadcast (in Spanish) on ESPN Deportes.

Watching either channel is as simple as opening the app and finding the ESPN channel you want to watch.

Step 1: Subscribe to any fuboTV plan

Go to fubo.tv and sign up for the Pro, Elite or Ultimate plan if you want to watch the game in English. All plans include ESPN.

If you want to watch the game in Spanish, save money and sign up for the Latino Quarterly plan.

Step 2: Log in to fuboTV

You can watch fuboTV on all major web browsers, Android and iOS apps, and dedicated apps for Apple TV, Chromecast, Fire TV and Roku. There are also native fuboTV apps for Xbox and smart TVs from Hisense, LG, Samsung and Vizio, as well as any Android TV.

Select your device, enter your account details, and launch the app.

Step 3: Navigate to ESPN

There are a couple of ways to get to ESPN on fuboTV. You can either type “ESPN” in the main search bar and you’ll see all of the ESPN channels and films available with your plan. Clicking ESPN (or ESPN Deportes) takes you directly to the channel.

The second route to ESPN is through the channel guide. From the main menu, select Guide. If you’ve already favorited ESPN, it should be at the top of the list waiting for you. Otherwise, just scroll down the list until you find it. You can also filter channels by Sports to reduce scrolling. One click later, you’ll be watching ESPN.

The 2 semifinal games of the NCAA’s College Football Playoff rotate between the 6 major bowl games known as the New Year’s Six. And this year, the 2 bowl games are the Fiesta Bowl and the Peach Bowl.

Officially known as the College Football Playoff Semifinal at the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl, the game is scheduled for either 4:00 PM or 8:00 PM (EST) on Saturday, December 31, 2022.

The other semifinal game, officially called the College Football Playoff Semifinal at the Vrbo Fiesta Bowl, is scheduled for the same 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM (EST) time slots on Saturday, December 31, 2022.

The College Football Playoff National Championship game is scheduled for 7:30 PM (EST) on Monday, January 9, 2023.

The Fiesta Bowl will be held at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. The home stadium of the NFL’s Arizona Cardinals can seat up to 72,200 fans when expanded.

The Peach Bowl will be held at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia. The home stadium of the Atlanta Falcons seats up to 75,000 fans.

The AT&T College Football Playoff National Championship will be held at the 70,000- seat SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California. The 2-year-old, $6-billion stadium is home to both the L.A. Rams and L.A. Chargers.

All of fuboTV’s English-language plans come with 1,000 hours of cloud DVR space.

They also include the Unlimited Screens add-on, which lets you stream on up to 10 devices on your home network plus on 2 more mobile devices or web browsers away from home.

If you don’t already have a fuboTV subscription, you can sign up for a free trial for any of the 4 main plans. You can also try out all of the channel bundles and premium add-on channels for free during the trial period.

You’ll see a notice on the screen and receive an email indicating the time (down to the minute) that your free trial ends. If you don’t cancel your account by that time, you will be billed automatically.

The free trial is not available to returning customers, no matter how long it’s been since you canceled your account.

The 2022 College Football National Championship was held at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana. The Georgia Bulldogs beat the Alabama Crimson Tide 33-18, becoming the first No. 3 seed to win the national championship, and marking Georgia’s first championship victory since 1980.

A total of 15 starters from the game were subsequently selected in the 2022 NFL Draft later that year.

If you’re looking for the cheapest way to watch ESPN without cable, Sling TV is your best option. Even after it’s recent price hike, it still costs just over half of fuboTV’s Pro plan.

Hulu + Live TV and DirecTV Stream both have ESPN and cost the same as fuboTV, but fuboTV is the better option for sports fans. Check out our fuboTV vs Hulu and fuboTV vs DirecTV Stream articles for deep dives into how the services compare.
